This site exists to explain who Smaks Enterprise is and what it builds. It is published for general information.

It does not sell anything, take payment, host accounts, or provide any service beyond the information on the page. Nothing here is advice — educational, financial, legal or otherwise — and nothing here forms an offer or a contract.

You may read, link to, and quote this site. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system or network connected to it

Aqilo, Oriva, Alogi and Tomara are the names of products that Smaks Enterprise builds and operates. Nothing on this page is a statement about the ownership of intellectual property in those products or in this site.

This site links to four separate websites, each of which is a different product with its own terms and its own privacy policy:

These terms do not apply once you follow one of those links. The terms on that site do. Those products have their own accounts, their own data, and their own agreements with the people who use them — none of which is governed by this page.

Where this site refers to an organisation, a curriculum, an institution or a regulator, that reference is for information only. It does not mean we are connected to, endorsed by, or acting for them, and we are not responsible for anything on a website we do not run.
